im currently coming near the end of a remodel on a lake resort style cottage like vacation spot, the owners have paid money towards labor and materials and had materials themselves to provide..time got stretched out waiting for there end of materials..cabinets,bathroom materials etc they are holding the last check untill completion understandably but there were substantial extras added on after the commencement of work and they are refusing to pay for our labor and any additional costs that caused.
