If you filed your pre-lien notice on time and ready for a mechanical lien but have done more work since that isn't within the pre-lien notice can you include all of the amount on your mechanical lien or only the amount that the notice has been given?Just interested in how the mechanical lien falls if you have filed your notice and it is time for a mechanics lien and you have done more work and the 3rd month hasn't gotten here yet to file your pre-lien on the new amount. Can you include that on your mechanics lien or do you have to file another one when the 4th month arrives for that work that has been completed.
