I'm a Louisiana licensed roofer that was hired to re roof 13 buildings in Waveland Mississippi. After completing and getting paid for a couple of roofs, the client started changing scope of work then the payments stopped and I had to stop work. I have a signed contract and was trying to file a lien when the system just told me my money is not protected because i missed a deadline? Last work was around 3/2/2023
