If you filed a lien, they served a notice of contest of lien, and you did not file suit within the 60 days, your lien is lost. You did not say who your contract is with, but you are left with bringing a breach of contract lawsuit against your customer - whether that's the owner, the GC or a subcontractor.
You likely still have contractual claims, but no lien claim. You should contact a construction attorney to see what your rights are.
