I am the customer in naples Florida, the contractor hasnt come back to finish for over 6 months. The work is horrible and I would prefer to have someone else finish the job. I’m a board certified construction lawyer with experience representing homeowner as well as contractors. The abandonment might give you a solid defense to any lienc laim, if it is an actual abandonment.
