I supplied materials from march 2022 - august 2022 - can I still file mechanics lien ?
If you supplied your materials for a single family home project, then no. However, if it was a larger or a commercial project, then perhaps. You have eight months from the date on which you supplied your last materials to such a project to file the lien. If you do have any time left in this window, it sounds like it's only going to be a matter of days.
Was this as residential or commercial project? If residential, you are probably too late.
