Customer is very rude and degrade my painters and was cursing and yelling at my painter. They walked out to avoid confrontation and I was called and gave the customer 2 options. To let us finish the work without the husband being there or we stop the work and pay us for what we did. Now they are making false accusation saying that our work was bad and coming up with issues which they had walk the area we had completed and sign off on it. Refusing to pay work that was completed to a stopping point. Would a mechanical lien be enough?
