We received a Notice of Completion with the date of 7/20/21. Technically our lien rights are expired since the 30 days have passed. However, would it make any difference to our Lien Rights if we are still currently on the job site?

It could make a difference. It could also make a difference if the Notice of Completion was timely recorded. You should retain an attorney to review your paperwork, the Notice of Completion and the status of the project to advise you on the current status of your lien rights.
