Marlandwood Apartments Tyler or Lee Ann

TexasMechanics LienNotice of Intent to Lien

I’m a pressure washing business and was hired to clean apartment complex for $4,000. I was fired for not showing up on time. I told them to give me till Friday to complete entire job but, was fired Thursday morning at 9:21am for a No show for that day. I was actually about 20 minutes from pulling into the complex. However, I don’t punch a time clock for anyone. I spent over $550 my money & a total of about 16hrs on that job. They only wanna pay me $400. I charge $200 an hourly rate. I told them I wouldn’t accept it.

Hello, You can file a lien for the value of the work that you did complete, but I would contact an attorney to make sure it is done correctly. Do you have a signed contract stating the $4,000 job and the deadline of Friday to complete?
