List of states requiring a contractor or sub-contractor license to sell industrial storage units direct to customer?

I am looking for a list list of All states where a contractor or sub-contractor license is required to sell industrial storage units directly to customers? i.e. California generally indicates if the value of the contract is over $500, a contractors license is required.
