I finished the last job on April 5 2022, and they still own me money, I need to know what are the steps I need to follow to place a mechanical lien to the property, and also the futures steps and times to file a lawsuite to collect my money. Note: the final mechanical inspection was on February 25, 2022, then I have to return on April 5 2022 to install two grills ( exhaust fan garage and bathroom gym, so I think the terms for the lien will begin on April 5 2022 because it was the last job I worked in that big house)
