UtahDo all gravel pits in Utah need to have lien wavers with all the companies they do business with?

You should speak with a construction attorney. Without knowing more, I'm not sure I understand your question. A person or company who is making payment for construction supplies or services often asks for a lien waiver from a supplier if the supplier has filed a preliminary notice (or still is within the time to do so).
