Lien rights when company is in Canada?

TexasCanada

If we provide services for a Texas service site but the owner is based out of Canada, we will still have lien rights?

Short answer: You still have mechanic's lien rights (provided that you complied with the provisions and requirements of Chapter 53 of the Texas Property Code). It does not matter where the owner is based if the real property is located in Texas, and you performed services that qualify for a mechanic's lien under Chapter 53.

Retain a construction attorney to evaluate your legal situation and to provide advice.

Good luck.
