Were are the GC on jobs in St Charles, LA - per the lien requirements - looks like there is pre notice that should be sent if the job is over 100,000.00 before you start the project. We did not do this. Should I file the pre notice? we have been on the job since 8/29/20 and it is going to be greater than 100,000. 00. Or do I just need to file the lien within 60 days after the completion of the job? Thanks.
