Lien question
LouisianaYes, I did floor work for a home owner that totaled $4,600. He’s pd 75% of that to me. Now he is refusing to pay the remains 25%. I am unlicensed. Do I have any recourse? Thank you.

If that was the total of the project, you may not have needed a license. Your remedies are either in your contract or via a lawsuit depending on whether a contract exists.
