TexasMechanics Lien

My dad passed in 2017. He had dementia. Someone got him to execute a Reverse Mortgage. They sucked out the equity. The RM company is a criminal enterprise. They have attempted two (2) non-judical foreclosures - so far I have prevailed. I have recently visited the CFPB complaint board and this company is doing this to many of their elderly clients - hold the ins. proceeds and wait for the repairs to get within 80% of your $ and start foreclosure proceedings. I worked for over 60 1st party bad faith litagators and managed 2 class actions. And I barely saved our homestaed. I cant imagine what this elderly must be going through. My question - the RV co. is holding the lien. The only reason they havent foreclosed is because I have found so much fraud in the lenders origination of loan. In Texas the RV lien is governed under TEX CONST art XVI sec 50. This loan is non-compliant. Since I have no ownership =- do not pay taxes - or prop ins. and performed 10's of thousands of dollars of hur. harvey repairs all the while recording my conversations with them and sending dozens of pay demand letters. Would my mechanic lien have priority over lenders? I am planning to purchase the home througfh a short sale but feel between quantum meruit and mechanics lien would give me leverage in particular since I have non-compliant evidence.
