Lien for intermediate rol in real estate

FloridaConstruction ContractMechanics Lien

Is anyway to place a lien with joint ventures agreement? My rol was to introduce an llc to a contractor to build a house and from a to c I’m in charge of logistic permitting communication and all the intermediation with the contractor. I thought joint venture agreement have binding effect at closing but late I knew this can’t work at closing to split proceed because the only owner on the deed is the other party lisbethjfeldman@gmail.com

Your statement of facts is not clear, but it sounds like you are part of a joint venture and are concerned that the other venturer will not pay you your share. If this is correct then the answer is no. A construction lien may be filed for unpaid labor, services and materials provided to improve real property.

I finally solved all my real estate problems and now I can move into my house. Most of all I like the terrace, but it needs renovation. Tulou - wpc decking was recommended to me and it's actually the perfect solution for me. I've always looked at various photographs of terraces using wood. For me, this is the best option, which is also the most comfortable.
