lien address of different building

Ohio

we are trying to lien this job612-11 we just learned there are 2 separate building at the location we set the job up for 9961 Brewster and the other building is 9999 Brewster. The deadline for the shipment on 9999 was over 90 days ago. Do we have lien rights?

Your question is a little difficult to understand, but I will try. First, it looks like you are attempting to lien a private project, and if that is the case, a mechanic's lien must be filed within 75 days of the last date of work. Assuming that date was over 90 days ago, as you state in your question, then you no longer have lien rights.

As for your other question on the building locations, there is a recent case out of the 12th District Court of Appeals that stands for the idea that a mechanic's lien of a material supplier for furnishing materials is all based on the intent of the supplier. I.e. if they had two projects, but only told you about one and had you send all materials to one site, you would have a lien for furnishing materials to the 9999 job, even if some of those materials ended up on the 9961 job.
