ArizonaMechanics Lien

A lien Filed on 6-5-2020 in Arizona. By what date do I have to file in court? If I don't file when is the Lien no longer enforceable?

An action to judicially foreclose a mechanic's lien must be brought in the county in which the lien was recorded within six months after the date of recordation. So it looks like you are too late to file suit to foreclose. However, that does not mean that you cannot sue for the money owed. You would still have a claim for breach of contract or unjust enrichment depending on who you are suing and if you have a contract with them. The difference is that the amount of money you are owed would not be secured by a lien on the property.
