I like in Missouri and I have a car that we took to the dealership in which they told me that it was covered under the warranty and they could fix it. When I got a call back from them they told me that it wasn't covered what did I want to do? I asked how much was the car worth he told me $8000. The lien was for $5000 so I told them to put it back together and I will call the dealership in which I purchased the car to pick it up. Mind you these people took the whole engine apart. I called the dealershiper where i purchased the car.m and told them they could come get there car and where it was. ( I thought that was a volunteer repossession). The thing is how are they still charging me like I have the car? I looked up the car and it has more miles on them. How is that possible and why didn't I get a reposition on the car after the lien? It's been since 2017 this has happened. What should I do?
