I have filled a mechanics lien already, but now I cannot communicate with the person it is against. He has blocked all avenues of communication. What do I do now?

You need to file your lawsuit within 90 days of recording the mechanics lien. I suggest you get in contact with an attorney experienced in construction matters as soon as possible.

You need to file a foreclosure lawsuit within 90 days of recording the lien. You can then have communications proceed through counsel. The block will be of no consequence.
