I am writing because the service contract was broken by the other party as the property manager. They called the Sheriff's department to claim that the equipment I had there was being stolen and this was over a misunderstanding and the property manager attempting to change the services provided. The service contract states clearly that the contract cannot be broken without a 10 days' notice. The term of this Agreement (the "Term") will begin on the date of this Agreement and will remain in full force and effect until the completion of the Services, subject to earlier termination as provided in this Agreement. The Term may be extended with the written consent of the Parties. 3. In the event that either Party wishes to terminate this Agreement prior to the completion of the Services, that Party will be required to provide 10 days' written notice to the other Party. This is the part if the contract that I am countersuing for breach of contract. is there something else that I should be doing? I have already filed a mechanics lien with the county where the property is recorded.
