Just want to file for mechanical lien on the said property at 57 Magnolia Avenue, Jersey City, NJ 07306

New JerseyLien on Funds

My name is Maria Concepcion, a property in question is in 57 Magnolia Avenue the owner is a friend of mine her name is Maria Jocelyn Oplida, In 200&, the value of the property was only 300 k and mortgage was 650 k with Well Fargo Bank. My friend u happens to own at that time two houses one California and the one in Jersey city. Hiwever she is about to lose both houses so she asked me to borrow $25,000 and include in the tile at 57 Magnolia Ave, Jersey City, NJ 07306 verbally agreed to act as property managament. She. Said when the property is underwater that I could probably have chance to get under my name. She was at the time has financial difficulty and saving the house in California she needed $25,000 for it. I said yes to this acting as property management and in an event that was promised that when the economy I can buy the place from her. But in Oct. 2015 I got into trouble and could not pay pay up hospital because my husband does not have insurance. And since I am not the owner of the place 57 Magnolia Ave. I took the liberty to take my name out in there. She promised that if I will continue doing what I am doing she will put back my name into it. She also said she has no money to pay for the mortgage of the house and that if I don’t pay it I could forclose the house it does not matter to her. She can’t pay for the house. Now the situation is diff. 2008 the house was underwater the mortgage is at sky high $650k and value is 300k. However in 2015 she saw that the house is at 850k. All I want is the return of my investment which the $25,000 she owe and repairs I have done in the house like the basement cost 5,000 and the 10,000 I have paid out of pocket for the new kitchen in the second floor. Snow removal I did for almost 10 years maybe $5000 handyman $5000 repairs for 5000 and acting as the property management for more than 10 years as agreed upon
