I've filed a Lien, I need for a good lawyer to take it to next step.

I am a general contractor, Owed money on a job for a while now, Ive filed a lien and then removed the lien Since owner gave a payment schedule, but not sticking to the schedule, I put back my lien again and I am ready to take this to the next step, How do i proceed?? Who would be the best lawyer for such case?? How much is the cost??

If the owner isn't adhering to the agreed-upon payment plan, and the enforcement deadline is steadily approaching, you may be ready to file a foreclosure action to enforce your mechanics lien claim.
