I've checked repeatedly on the status of letter delivery. My question is which post office do you all use for delivery? If I can't get my letter sent out then I feel as if I have paid for a service I can't use.

I'm waiting to receive confirmation that the letter that was prepared for me has been delivered via USPS certified mail. According to your record the letter was prepared and sent to the post office on the 2nd of this month; today is the 8 and the status has not changed. There is no tracking information available. I have spoken with you all twice about this and no one has a clue. My question now is can't you all resend the letter to be delivered? I paid for the service.
