I had a wood floor subcontractor charge me $$$$ to do a screen and coat when they had told me there would be no charge
They billed me on Oct 4, 2021 and filed a lien on Oct 13, 2021 with no pre lien notice and no agreed contract

Because they are a subcontractor they can file a lien without an agreed contract. They have 1 year or until October 13th, 2022 to file a lien foreclosure or lawsuit.
