I am an owner of shopping center in Ohio. Recently I received a court paper, saying that a contractor performed a tile work in shower area for the tenant a six month ago, but the tenant did not pay it. The invoice is $11,000. I did not know and give any consent to the tenant for this improvement and tenant did not pay the rent more than a year. In this case, am I responsible for those improvement?
