Is the GC allowed to charge me back on a job I tried to reschedule because of not feeling well?

I was scheduled to perform a job I was running behind because I wasn’t feeling well and than texted the customer and said wasn’t feeling well and she didn’t want me to come she didn’t want her kids getting a sick and than asked for money back for having to reschedule and the gc is charging me and I never even went to the job
