We had mold/water damage in our home. Insurance company sent a restoration crew out to clean up and remove mold. 10 days after they were done we found new growth and regrowth of mold. We then hired new companies to handle our home. The original company is now demanding payment and threatening a lien. They haven’t been here since July 6th. Is the deadline passed for them to file a lien? What are my options? I don’t want to pay them for work they obviously didn’t do
