When sending out prelien notices, is it okay if I sign as the Claimant as I'm in charge of collecting monies owed. Or does the President of our company need to be the signature on the prelien notice?

That's a fair question. When a preliminary notice is sent on behalf of the company, the "claimant" is the company itself - and any agent of the company who is authorized to represent the company for the purposes of sending notice should be fine to sign that notice.
