I have completed a job on Feb 24, 2022. I have the balance on the invoice for over 8 months, the last payment on the balance was received 33 days ago, and then no payment. Few other payment were received during this 8 month period.

Your lien rights have expired, since you needed to record within 90 days of the date you last furnished labor and materials. You can still file suit, and perhaps attach a bank account or attach the real estate.
