We are providing fixtures to a retail location under construction. Our client is the store chain. We provided a first round of materials to the job in early April. We have a substantial amount of open invoices with them. The majority of our materials are scheduled to deliver in two weeks. We missed the deadline in Calif. for the Intent to Lien notice. Is it worth sending it anyway at this point to notify the client of our future intentions?
