Bates Electric is a subcontractor hire to do electrical installations. We did a project for Hardy Built, 11185 Golf Crest. Hardy Built is telling me we need to contact the customer directly for payment. Per the customer, Alexis Orantes, they were refinancing and would pay us at close. That was 2 months ago and they are not returning my calls. We have filed an Intent of File through LevelSet but apparently we didn't file the lien in the allotted time frame. What are our options? Please advise. Thank you.
