If you've filed a mechanics lien and now need to release that lien, it's a pretty simple process. All it really takes is filling out a simple form and having that document filed with the county recorder's office. Generally, when a lien is released, a copy of that release will also be given to the property owner - though, since it's a matter of public record, that should be easily obtainable anyway. You can find a free, downloadable Nevada lien release template here: Nevada Mechanics Lien Release Form. And, you can find the contact and mailing info for the appropriate county recorder's office here: Nevada County Recorder Directory. If you're looking to release a mechanics lien with the help of the Levelset platform, you can start that process here. Or, if you're looking for help with a Levelset order or project entered into the Levelset system, you can contact the Levelset Support team or your account manager for assistance there.
