Because the contractor didnt pay me for a period of one month i had to take out a loan. Can i add loan to lien amount?

You don't make this clear but I assume you are a subcontractor, correct? If so, you must have a contract term that allows you to recover interest based on this type of loan. I suspect your contract does not provide this. 

If no specific rate or terms have been agreed to, then you may add default interest at the rate of 12 percent per annum.

I very strongly advise that you get advice as to the notice of intent to lien and lien filing. These must be done perfectly and the amount must be exactly as allowed. Make a mistake and your lien may not be enforceable.
