We sent one back in october of 2020 but never liened the customer. Do we have to send another or just enforce the lien?

You don’t have to send another intent to lien. The intent to lien has no legal validity in California. It’s just a courtesy notice. You can just file your lien if the lien period is still open. It runs from completion of the entire project, not just your work. I’m happy to answer any questions you have about this.
