What is the next step after I have filed a Notice to Foreclose on Mechanics lien?
Hi. I am not sure what youmean by "Notice to Foreclose on Mechanics Lien." That is not a filing that is required under the Pennsylvania Mechanics' Lien Statute or that is ordinarily seen. Do you mean your "Notice of Intent to File Mechanics' Lien Claim" or "Notice of Filing of Mechanics' Lien?"
I paid for and filed mechancs lien. Then levelset said the next step was notic to foreclose on lien, which in what i read was to move for with tge lien actually being applied to the residence. The next step if the client doesnt pay says arbitration.
