I recently sent out a Notice of Unpaid Balance in association with a residential construction lien in NJ - where we also have to file an Arbitration Demand Letter. I noticed that the Arbitration Demand requires a "Number Book Page" to be included. Does this information come from the county clerk's office upon filing the Notice of Unpaid Balance? And do I have to wait for this book page number before filing the Arbitration Demand Letter? Thanks so much for your help!
