I am a homeowner. the contractor will not supply a copy of a contract that he states we are in breach of. The person at the dept of labor & industry assigned to the case states the scope of work is the contract. But when I called prior, to ask about it, the person answering said it is not the contract. Clearly it depends on who you talk to. Can you clarify MN contractor law?
