This Q&A forum is specifically targeted to construction and construction payment related questions. There may be other forums or sites that are more applicable to this particular question.

That being said, the path to getting gun rights restored in California depends on several factors, including whether the previous conviction was a straight felony or a "wobbler" (a crime that can be charged as a misdemeanor or felony). For people convicted of a straight felony, the only way to restore gun rights is through a governor's pardon, which can be obtained through getting a certificate of rehabilitation. Different processes may be used for "wobbler" convictions.

A good start to researching restoration of gun rights in California, and figuring out a potential process toward same, are the resources provided here, by Shouse California Law Group.
