I'm on a prevailing wage project and not sure if my employer is paying me accordingly to the rules.

MichiganConstruction Contract

To whom it may concern, I have a few questions about prevailing wage. I'm on a prevailing wage project and my pay rate is $34.65 per hour, with a fringe benefit of $25 per hour. My standard base rate with my employer is $30 per hour. My question is this- after receiving my pay check and having no increase on my base rate of $30 per hour, and no break down of any other money's go into any accounts, I went to my employer. I was told the extra dollar amount along with my fringe benefits are being put in my bct account. Im aware that fringe benefits can be put in the BCT account, but what about the hourly rate increase? I am under the impression that the hourly increase should be paid to me on my paycheck. Is that correct? Also, am I supposed to be given some sort of proof showing how much fringe is going where? I look forward to hear from you soon!
