If we are working on tract homes and need to lien about 15 different lots, do I have to lien each property individually? Or is there a way to lump the lots together to file a lien?
There is a California Civil Code that governs this issue and would allow a single lien on multiple properties. But, without knowing the facts of what you're facing it's impossible to know if you need to file one lien or multiple liens. I would recommend getting some advice frmo a construction attorney.
