If a dismantle happens, say on the 29th and the pay application doesn't get paid and a lien notice needs to be sent, how would the dismantle invoice be handled, since it wasn't paid either?

TexasMonthly Notice

We rent, erect and dismantle scaffolding and some jobs request a pay application & SOV instead of our invoices.

That's a fair question, but taking a step back might help some here. Texas monthly notices include the amount that went unpaid for the entire month that the notice was based on. While other documentation may confuse this process, at the end of the day, monthly notices must simply reflect the amount owed in the month for which the notice is being sent - regardless of whether that amount was generated in a pay app or an invoice.
