When the contractor provides me with a Preliminary Information Sheet I put that information into Levelset to have it certified mailed to the people of that project. I am learning more about Public Works Project Compliance and now looking back I notice that on some of the Preliminary Information Sheets I do see a DIR #. If I see Prelim has a DIR # on the Preliminary Information sheets is that telling me that I must be reporting a prevailing wage , certified payroll in xml form that is a eCPR into the DIR website no matter what?
