Good morning, our company is located in Southern California. Our customer order materials amount of $90,265.52 and address we received was 985 Spur 100 in City of Kerrville. I put a Mechanics Lien. My customer gave me wrong address. I did some search and found out The correct property is owned by City of Kerrville. If it is own by City of Kerrville: Can I put Mechanics Lien against City? How can I put lien against our materials? Can I put lien on my customer who hired/ order the materials? Ive never been in this situation before so I don't know what to do. Your help and guidance in this matter is greatly appreciated!!! Thank you. Joanie
