Set a mobile home, thay have not paid. They had friend call and act like an attorney, so I retracted the Mechanics lien. Now I have found he was not n attorney and I need to start the procedure again.

If you have recorded a Mechanic's Lien Release and it has been more than 90-days since you last provided labor or materials to the property, then you cannot re-record the Notice of Lien. If it has been less than 90-days, you can re-record the Notice of Lien. However, even if you lose your lien rights, you can still sue for breach of contract.....
