I was hired by a contractor to do a house remodel there wasn’t a contract made I finished the Job I had charged $13,816 total I received $10,506 already I sent final invoice to receive the rest of my payment this guy refuses to pay me I’m i able to file a mechanical lien I’m in the state of Oklahoma. If I do file a lien would I be able to get my payment or what are my options ?
