That's a fair question. Per the zlien Terms of Use (which you can find here), upon ordering a recorded document, that document will be placed for recording. zlien has no control over whether a particular document will get recorded - so it's possible that a document sent for recording could be rejected. Upon receiving notice that a document was rejected for recording, zlien will notify the party who placed the order of the rejection and the reason for that rejection. After modifications have been made (or the decision not to modify the document has been made), zlien will place the document for recording again at no additional charge. However, if the document is again rejected, no further attempts to record will be made and the order price will not be refunded.
