I am not sure if it is too late to file the lien.

In Georgia, all lien claimants must file their mechanics lien within 90 days of the last date on which they supplied labor or materials to the project. As long as the same job/project is ongoing and the claimant is furnishing labor or materials to it, the deadline does not being to run. Once the potential claimant has finished furnishing labor or materials, the 90-day clock beings to count down. A deadline calculator, into which you can enter your specific dates, can be found here: https://www.zlien.com/lien-deadline-calculator/
