the stated work was done and getting completed yet because of retaining employees is near impossible, the job fell behind schedule, the condo owner showed up from out of town one morning and told me to leave stating his reason as taking to long, i packed up and left with no argument, next day i asked to be able to get materials that i owned. no reply, i asked to be allowed to finish with no draws until complete, no reply. could i file a lien andis it enforceable. the owner has put the property on the market recently and i would only ask for material cost and small balance on the labor.
